Shipping & Exchanges Policy

Shipping & Handling. Our current processing time is 3-4 business days. Orders in the USA can take anywhere from 3-8 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Returns. At this time we are not accepting returns for food items.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges. If an item received has been damaged in shipping – please send us an email at [email protected] with your name, order number, and describing the reason for the request. For faster processing, please send a picture attached of the damaged item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
